Error message       

Export: No Folder List could be found for the authlevel &2 (&1). The role has been created without a folder list.

Parameters

&1 - The numeric value for the authorization level.

&2 - The name of the authorization level.

Description

As part of upgrading a site from version 1.2 to 2.0, an authorization level was converted into a role. However, there is no folder list that has this authorization level (or a lower authorization level).

The role has been created in the export file - but the definitions are incomplete - no folder list is specified for the role.

Action

There are several different options:

1. Create a suitable folder list having an authorization level that is lower than or equal to the authorization level specified in the message and run the export again.

2. Check whether the authorization level is actually being used - if not, delete the authorization level and run the export again.

3. Import the definitions in the new site - and manually create and assign a folder list to the role.
